Mr. Peng Choo B. Sc. (Hons) - CEO

Peng has had an extensive career in electronic engineering and implementation of control systems. He was the Senior Instrument Engineer for Brunei Shell Sdn Bhd, responsible for the procurement and implementation of electronic control systems for the oil exploration and refining operation, utilising Shell International procedures.

Peng established eLabtronics in 1994 with the vision to develop leading edge and innovative control solutions. Utilising his considerable business contacts locally and internationally, Peng has succeeded in developing quality competitive sources of component supply and manufacture, providing advantages to eLabtronics and other Australian firms.

He is responsible for business administration, purchasing and sales, as well as contributing to product development which responds to market needs. In addition, Peng is also an active member of the Electronics Industry Association (EIA), contributing to its plans to develop the electronics industry in South Australia.

Mr. Miroslav Kostecki - Technical Manager

Miroslav is the chief designer and engineer of eLabtronics products. As well as design, prototype development and manufacturing, he oversees all the product testing and assessment conducted by eLabtronics, and is the principal instructor to other staff. He has an extensive background in physics, computer programming, product research, manufacturing and management.

Prior to joining eLabtronics, Miroslav was Research & Development Manager, and then also Production Manager, for an Australian company developing Power Conditioning systems. He was primarily responsible for developing and establishing the manufacturing process for an innovative line interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that was then industry leader.

In his current role, Miroslav has developed leading edge patented power supplies and microcontroller solutions, as well as contributed to product tests and articles published in leading industry journals. The revolutionary CoreChart Icon Assembler, and its companion microcontroller development hardware eLab628, eLab40 and eRacer robot were each conceived by him.
